Blown-In Cellulose Insulation
Ekovilla cellulose insulation is a sustainable and environmentally friendly insulation material made from recycled newspapers and cardboard.
The cellulose fibers are processed into loose-fill form, making it easy to install in various building applications.
This insulation material offers excellent thermal performance, effectively reducing heat consumption and improving energy efficiency in buildings.
Applications
Loose-fill cellulose insulation is suitable for walls, roofs, and floors in both new constructions and renovation projects.

Advantages
- Recycled raw materials
- CE-marked and extensively tested since the late 1970s
- M1-classified – no harmful emissions to indoor air
- Low thermal conductivity – excellent insulation properties
- High airflow resistance – prevents natural convection inside the insulation
- High resistance against mold and fungi
- Hygroscopic insulation – highly durable against moisture
- Ecological – very low CO₂ emissions during production; high CO₂ storage in product
- Excellent fire resistance – does not melt even at high temperatures; instead chars like solid wood

Insulation Slabs
The Ekovilla slab is a breathable insulation that is easy to handle. The dense fiber structure keeps air inside, ensuring proper thermal insulation.
Ekovilla slab is a CE-marked, safe and energy-efficient thermal insulation that also has an M1 emission classification.
The rigidity of the slab keeps corners straight, which means the insulation really fills the space intended for it – even the corners.
The slabs are available in various thicknesses to meet a wide range of requirements.
Installation
The insulation slabs can be cut using an Ekovilla saw or a knife. For a more precise cut, the boards can be clamped into a special Ekovilla insulation cutter machine.
Afterwards, the Ekovilla insulation boards are inserted into the designated frame gap. They can also be mounted to brick or concrete structures using fastening elements.
Detailed instructions can be found on the packaging.
